School
Effectiveness is at the heart of current educational thinking:
raising expectations, promoting a climate of success and enabling the reaching
of high personal and academic standards for all pupils. |

The
Dorset School Effectiveness Service leads schools in this area:
Combining encouragement with urgency and clarity about standards with advice
about how to raise them. |
| |
| The
School Effectiveness Service is responsible for implementing and developing
Dorset's Education Development Plan. |
