Merrily, merrily, St Mary’s are we,
We live and we learn twixt the hills and the sea.
Every day, Bridport way, we come to school.
The teachers are trying and we play it cool.

A is for adults who help everyday.
B is for break time when we run and play.
C is for classroom with our work on the wall.
D is for dinner we eat in the hall.

E’s for eraser that wipes off the board.
F’s for the fun run and football goals scored.
G’s for the games with all sizes of ball.
And H is the hymns that we sing in the hall.

I’s for ideas when you haven’t a clue.
J is for journeys with teachers and you.
K is for kids growing taller and strong.
L is for listening as we sing this song.

M is for maths when we all sigh and groan.
N is for naughty which makes teachers moan.
O’s for obedience we don’t find it fun.
P’s for the piles of work to be done.

R is for reading at which we try hard.
S is for students, we sing and we play.
T are the teachers hard working all day.

V is for vic-tory we love it so.
