On Wed 12th March Sticklands paid a visit to Broadwindsor for an after school friendly Football/Netball match. 

The Netball team from Sticklands fought hard but at the final whistle had to conceed to a 10 -0 loss.Broadwindsor played their netball at a fast pace which sometimes caught the oposing team unawares. Congratulations to all the netballers for their good display of netball skills. 

The football match had everyone's eyes glued to the pitch as the score went one way ,then the other.  Both teams showing us their excellent tackling skills throughout the game.  The match came to a climax when, one minute before the the final whistle, Broadwindsor scored the winning goal.  This was a truly exciting game in which the score could have gone either way.  Congratulations to Broadwindsor footballers, but not forgetting Sicklands boys who put up a tremendous fight. The supporters for both sides appreciated the dry conditions that day. Watch this space for a return match !!!
